 • Defamation or use of obscene, threatening, hateful or unprofessional language

 • Violation or attempting to violate the security of the Site

 • Sending or attempting to send unsolicited emails to other users, including promoting or advertising products or services

 • Attempting to interfere with the Site or service to any user, host or network.

 

Such violations may result in civil or criminal liability. Snyder Media Company will, as necessary, involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecution of such violations.

 

Snyder Media Company reserves the right, but not the obligation to monitor areas of the Site electronically and to remove information and materials that Snyder Media Company deems, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. Salary data contained in the Site are compiled by Snyder Media Company from datasets provided by various state agency sources. Snyder Media Company strives to maintain and update the data provided by these sources in a timely fashion, however Snyder Media Company does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of any of the data provided on the Site, nor does it accept any responsibility for any data that may be missing or excluded. Salary data of state employees are considered by the government to be public information. Portions of the salary data (such as individuals’ names or titles) may be excluded or missing from the published data. This has been done at the discretion of the state agencies providing the data, usually to protect the privacy of their employees. Individuals who feel their personal information should be excluded from future publication to the Site should address their concern directly to the agency that has made the data available to the public, and not to Snyder Media Company.
