Agoradocs.com was created to increase access to the salary records of academic institutions around the United States.

The Problem:

Public records laws are location-dependent, and for many institutions, information related to specific salaries is not readily available or easily accessed

Our Solution:

Collect, compile, and distribute this otherwise unavailable information to the public.

Why?

Increase the transparency of public tax-supported educational institutions

How is this useful to me?

Salary information can be valuable for job seekers that might be used in exploring the earning potential of different academic careers or negotiating starting salaries.

How do we get the data?

The data we have compiled come directly from public documents provided by various educational institutions and state governmental agencies. 

Can I use this data for research?

Absolutely! Keep in mind though that the compiled data comes from many different sources whose accuracy and reliability are beyond our control, thus we do not guarantee the accuracy or currency of any of the data provided on the site, nor does we accept any responsibility for any data that may be missing or excluded.
